Argentina Launches Digital Platform for Social Program Management

The Ministry of Human Capital, led by Sandra Pettovello, has presented the Social Capital System (SISOC), a new technological platform designed to centralize information on individuals, families, and community spaces covered by social programs. The goal is to improve the management and monitoring of public policies. The platform incorporates artificial intelligence tools to detect fraud, inconsistencies, and generate early risk alerts. SISOC creates the first "digital social history," integrating personal, family, and territorial data with a longitudinal view of each beneficiary. The system also includes modules to register interventions, visualize data in real-time, and manage information on community spaces. According to officials, this will allow for better planning and the consolidation of an evidence-based system. By 2026, the ministry plans to expand SISOC's interoperability with other state agencies and incorporate new functions for Family Centers to interact with the system.
